My feeble attempt to get back on track:
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, some orange juice
Lunch: 2 slices whole wheat lf chicken spinach pizza,diet pepsi
Snack: lf decaf cappucino
Dinner: 1 bagel, lf cream cheese,smoked salmon, cucumber, tomato and onion slices
rice krispie square
Snacks: popcorn, lf sf fudge bar.
Gotta do better than that- room for improvement (and I finally got out to get some groceries!)
