Breakfast: maltomeal, banana, milk
Snack: strawberries and grapes
Lunch: baked potato with my brand-new homemade dill dip (we'll see!) and FF cheddar
Snack: carrots with more dip
Dinner: ??? -- will be back later to edit

B: CONFESSION (and it is only 9am) I had two Low Fat Brown Sugar Pop-Tarts this morning. And they were darn good. I don't know how many points, but they will be my treat for today. ;)
L: LO Mexican Goulash and a salad
S: fruit cup
D: fazoli's ww penne w/marina (1pt), 2 breadsticks (6pts), strawberry freezi (3 pts)

Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade applesauce cooked in
Lunch: Mexican Polenta Pie
Snack: Chocolate cherry or banana smoothie
Dinner: Spring mix salad with tomato, mushroom, and FF honey dijon; Meat sauce with mushrooms over ww rotini; fresh green beans
Snack: SF/FF lemon pudding with FF cool whip

we have had so much rain this summer, this should be a treat.
B - oatmeal and fruit with a bit of cottage cheese for protein
S - fruit or soy cheese
L - sardines and toast (pts) with cauliflower
S - soy cheese or fruit and a smoothie
D - eggplant and zucchini pasta sauce with fresh basil
S - pudding

i made it through b without eating any bacon, pancakes, butter, syrup!!!
b--oatmeal, homemade granola made with sf white chocolate syrup, splenda, ff milk
l--chicken salad
s--cherries
d--porkchops cooked in the slow cooker with a pkg of frozen peaches, green beans, mashed potatoes
s--lo banana cream pudding.

My feeble attempt to get back on track:
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, some orange juice
Lunch: 2 slices whole wheat lf chicken spinach pizza,diet pepsi
Snack: lf decaf cappucino
Dinner: 1 bagel, lf cream cheese,smoked salmon, cucumber, tomato and onion slices
rice krispie square
Snacks: popcorn, lf sf fudge bar.
Gotta do better than that- room for improvement (and I finally got out to get some groceries!)

Well, thanks Frouf. My Daddy had a baby face which I sort of inherited. I'm guessing that I was about 47 in that picture. I'm hoping to have a new picture to post tomorrow.
