Default Cooking Software advice?

My recipe collection has grown to the point that it's, well, unmanageable (I lost count when I had 7000 recipes).. I am now considering getting
AccuChef because AccuChef can perform a nutritional analysis and can scale recipes (I am planning to go to catering business).
Anyone here used AccuChef?

I've only used Mastercook, but I've heard AccuChef is good. Living Cookbook also scales recipes and is supposed to be good. They offer a free trial download and support forums, two benefits I didn't see offered on the AccuChef website.

Whatever you choose, please keep us updated Recipe management would be very useful to a lot of people here.
