I've been perusing the forum and searching for workouts that I can do at home. I've decided to give stepping a try, as in the past, I've done it, and remember getting a good workout with it.
Although I haven't exercised consistently in a couple months, I don't consider myself too much of a beginner. Will a 4-6" (baby) step give me a good workout with the Firm or Cathe tapes?
