You can do this. I know we have several on here who do the races (I believe Goddess Jessica is one of them)

I am in awe of you just for doing a 5K! (I have trouble running a couple of blocks so imagining running 5K boggles my mind!) I'm positive you'll do great during the 10K as well, then you'll have to change "Born-again Gym Bunny" to "Certified Race Goddess"!
