Hope I'm not too late! I've been out of town since last week. At my last weigh in (last Tuesday)...I've lost 9 pounds during the month of June.

I lost three, and then I gained six. Yes, I'm whingeing, Ruth!! :lol:

My goal was 7 pounds and I lost 14!!!! I love phase 1. LOL
