Smile Serene Sunday Menu, June 26, 2005

Well we can hope for a serene Sunday, right?

b: probably nothing, will be headed to church extra early due to DH's "audition"
l: chinese food
s: apple
d: going to my parent's for step-dad's bday--we're having steaks, and that's all I know so far (steak, baked potato, onions and peppers, baked beans, a very little piece of cake)
s: sandra's pudding pie stuff

Lunch: Eggbeater omelet

Snack: Chocolate cherry smoothie

It's going to be a good day, that's for sure!

Breakfast: scrambled eggs

Lunch: LO grilled chicken, cut into strips and sauteed with onions and red bell pepper

Dinner: grilled pork chops, steamed broccoli and squash

l--roasted chicken, corn on the cob, chili beans
s--berry crisp
s--chocolate muffin tops (2 pts)
d--salad (that layered salad again)
s--more berry crisp or a banana

i'm trying to stop eating before 7 pm.

Hmmm, Sandra that might be a good challenge to do sometime! Stopping eating at a certain time, or limiting our eating to so many hours apart. I have a hard time with that.
