Default Thai food help

Hi!
I'm new to WW (tho not to 3FC), and would love some guidance. I went out to a Thai place today and had the hot and sour with shrimp soup and the jungle curry with tofu, 1 plate, maybe about 2 cups (no coconut milk). No rice. Would anyone have any idea how many points? I would think not too much given that it was all veggies, 4 pieces of shrimp, and tofu, no oil, no coconut milk, but I need a point value to put in my journal and to plan for the rest of the week.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

If you can't find it on someplace like calorieking.com or dietfacts. you may try dwlz.com in her generic ethnic food listings in the WWInfo section.

Or just guestimate to the best of your ability with the tools W/W gave you.

another suggestion is to find a recipe (do a google search) and see if you can find one and figure the points on the recipe.
