Mighty Monday Menu, June 6, 2005
b: wheat puff cereal w/skim milk and splenda
l: black bean soup, a few slices of turkey breast, half a piece of regular cheese (left the soy at home and wanted something to top the soup) (1pt?)
s: broccoli w/ff ranch dip and popcorn too! (that soup didn't fill me up for long!)
d: cornmeal chicken w/potato, green beans, and salad
s: pudding
wpas used: 1
ex:a long walk w/DH, probably about 45 mins.

Breakfast: Maltomeal, banana, milk
Lunch: tuna salad
Dinner: LO pork, new potatoes with FF cheese and FF sour cream
Snacks if needed: FF/SF cheesecake pudding with strawberries

Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade applesauce
Lunch: Maybe a salad out if I get going soon!
Snack: Chocolate Banana Smoothie (skim, Swiss Miss SF hot chocolate mix, 1 banana, and 2 ice cubes)
Dinner: Spring Mix salad with mushrooms, tomatoes and FF honey dijon; Cola Chicken, Brown Rice, fresh corn on the cob with 1 tablespoon Smart Balance
Snack: Fresh cherries and SF/FF White Chocolate pudding

Oh no, is this Cola Chicken day? I am making Cornmeal Chicken because I missed it last week when you all had it! I'll try to do a better job of keeping up!

I want some cola chicken!!!
My crappy Monday menu (can you tell I'm pmsing?)
Breakfast: fruit salad, decaf w/light cream
Lunch - out at the Thai restaurant: 1 spring roll, sticky rice, mixed veggies, garlic chicken & veggies and red curry beef.
Snack: - will I be hungry? apple or yogurt
Dinner: something I will make w/the leftover brown rice in the fridge (my gf was just amazed at my yummy brown rice and has already bought some basmati brown rice in Toronto to prepare for herself!).
snack: who knows? who cares?
