Memorial Day jog! About 5K, maybe more? We took a wrong turn, oops! I had to walk part of it (uphill).

Tuesday: 45 min lower body weights & jumproping
15 min recumbent bike
10 min stairmaster level 10
*will probably walk a few miles after work tonight as well*

Wednesday-15 minutes bike on mountain climbing program
I fizzled today. I don't know what my problem is....I was gardening all day and maybe I was worn out or maybe I'm getting my hubby's cold (boo). We'll see. I've been over points this entire week (not by a lot...about 100 or so) but it's every day. Tomorrow is a new day and I'm going to get back on track!

Tuesday- 12 mile stationary bike ride
Wednesday- 1 time around the block, that's mainly uphill til you come up my street halfway, with my dog (she's gettin' a lil' chunky!); one hour freeweights; 30 minute ab workout

Bootcamp - 2 mile run, 150 sit ups as a group w/log, 100 push ups(most were done girly style), 30 regular sit ups.

ab routine
Thursday
run 1 mile intervals walk 1 mile incline
elliptical 20 minutes
stairmaster 15 minutes
45 min upper body weight training
