100 lb. Club - Coming back to try again!

I haven't posted here in a LONG time. I've been really busy with school-I went back to school last summer to become a physical therapist assistant. I survived my first year, but I've been stress eating really badly! I have another year of school to go, and I don't want to graduate heavier than when I started.
I started back OP yesterday. I'm not following any plan, just eating more fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean protein and less junk. It worked for me before-I had lost 57 lbs. Unfortunately, I've gained 23 lbs back and I'm totally disgusted with myself.
I've kept up exercising and started to practice yoga to help with stress release and relaxation.
I"m so glad to be back here among friends. I've really missed everyone-I love the wonderful support, and hope to give support in return. I won't be able to post much for the next five weeks (summer courses) but will have a little more time after that.
Thanks for having me back :D

Welcome back, Sherry. I'm new here.
Don't be too hard on yourself. You've still lost 34 pounds, right? That's quite an achievement, you know. And you've got yourself back on track before you regained the full 57 pounds which is a lot more than I did. Go for it! :)

Welcome back Sherry. I think a lot of us have done the same thing. And sadly most of us leave this form when eating bad when we would be a lot better off sticking around. I know I have in the past.

ARGHH-I've messed up already! My usual pattern-three good days, three crappy days. I'm starting over again tomorrow..sigh. Why do I do this to myself?
