I had a great weekend, which unfortunately involved eating huge amounts of really bad for me food (particularly eating a lot of PIE!). I'm trying to keep this week clean starting today. So far I only gave in to temptation enough to sneak a tiny bite of frosting from a chocolate cake that was on the "free food" table at school!
I had a good run this morning, beating my previous time. I'm behind on drinking my water though, I still have 26oz to go and it's already 6pm!
And thanks for the luck Beans, I've only got one final left and it's an easy one! Then once the summer comes and I'm doing research full time at school, I'm hoping to start working out 5x/wk instead of just 3!
