Hello again,

I was wondering is Corn on the cob (or canned corn) allowed?

Is Corn Flour allowed? (to make tortillas)

Is Rice Vermicelli allowed? (Thin transparent noodles used in vietnamese food)

Corn and corn products are not allowed. Tortillas can be made with whole wheat flour.
Rice noodles(vermicelli) are allowed.

Wow, Ruth, I didn't know about rice noodles...are they made with brown rice? That's confusing.

HOWEG, have you read the book? It really is necessary to understand how this WOE works. Corn is pretty much a no-no in any form, except for air-popped popcorn in Phase 2.

Laurie, I think it's because they have some of the starch removed.
