Breakfast: 1/2 c ff cottage mixed w/homemade applesauce, decaf w/light cream
Lunch: bowl of leftover homemade chicken soup (sans matza balls, the other piggies ate them all!)
tossed salad w/greek dressing
lots of beautiful red ripe strawberries!
Snack: yogurt, green tea
Dinner: finish off the roast chicken, steamed brocolli, sweet potato!
Snack: smoothie if I'm hungry!
