Well the first 4 weeks I lost 9 lbs.I am down 4 already this week.I really got serious with my meals,mostly SBD meals for lunch and dinner.They are really good and just the right size.Maybe if they put one of their snack bars,mini size in with the wraps and frozen meals.Then I wouldn't crave something later.I am trying real hard to hit the 179 mark by Monday the 18th,my daughters birthday.I am at her weight now and maybe this will motivate her to join.

Great job on the jump start! I can't wait til phase 2 and I can use the frozen meals, I think they will be great!

Good luck and remember to be positive around your daughter. Having you weigh less than her might be a motivator or a trigger! I'm sure your good example will rub off. My mom was always dieting -but had a totally different body type than mine. I would get frustrated because her "fat" was a size 10 and my "skinny" was a size 11. If she's anything like I was at 18 however, if someone told me to do something - I usually did the complete opposite!
