Well the first 4 weeks I lost 9 lbs.I am down 4 already this week.I really got serious with my meals,mostly SBD meals for lunch and dinner.They are really good and just the right size.Maybe if they put one of their snack bars,mini size in with the wraps and frozen meals.Then I wouldn't crave something later.I am trying real hard to hit the 179 mark by Monday the 18th,my daughters birthday.I am at her weight now and maybe this will motivate her to join.
