Default South Beach Cereal!

I saw it at Hannoford...has anyone tried them? Any good? I know they are phase 2. One looks like mini wheats and the other has flakes with almonds and some other stuff. I think when I get to phase 2 I might try the mini wheats one.

Yeah you'll have to check it out. I started on April 1st....but I gotta start over cause I went to a birthday party and had a slice of cake...so I'm bumming. But i'm not letting it get me down. So I had one mistake. No one is perfect. So anyway...when I really get to phase 2, I will try them!

I saw these this morning. On the wheat squares type cereal, first ingredient is whole wheat, second is fructose. 3 grams sugar per serving. The almond crunch, 4th ingredient is sugar. 4 grams sugar per serving. Maybe I'm a little out there, but I think I might save these for an occassional treat or for Phase 3.....

What do you ladies think?

I have been disappointed by everything that has been labled "South Beach". Everything is so processed and has so much more sugar, etc. than I would want to eat. I am kinda bummed by the what I really think is Dr. A. kinda selling out on these foods.
