This is it!!!!! It's the place to come and tell everyone what the scales told you for the week. Most of us used to weigh on Thursdays. Now, we weigh on different days. Everyone is welcome here. This group is wonderful!
I'm going to have to work hard to have a loss on Thursday. Over the weekend, my sweetheart indulged me in all sorts of goodies to eat--because of the eyelid surgery-----which seems to be coming along nicely--no more swelling.
I probably gained a couple of pounds--lots of water retention, too, since he brought me diet drinks all the time. It was so sweet and I absolutely loved it.
I am one of those "Tuesday" weigh-iners and I am starting off slow for the month of March. I maintained this week which was disappointing as I was right OP for the WHOLE week!
Oh well, I know if I keep it at, I will see the results on that darn scale.
Someone had asked me which part of Canada I am from. I am from Western Canada (Alberta). I am in my early 50's with two daughters, one who is getting married this summer. My 1st goal is to lose 40 pounds for her wedding, 12 of which I have already lost. Now to keep going.......

Maintaining can be such a disappointment. I know! But, look at it positively---you didn't gain a pound. Having your daughter marry is such a thrill. I wouldn't know because I have one son. You have several more months to work at this. You'll make it into a beautifully slim dress.

I didn't weigh in last week. I was afraid to. So since the last time I weighed, I have lost 3 pounds. I had been so naughty the week before. And you KNOW how that blamed online WW thingy always fusses at me. This time it said "Congratulations...blah blah blah..but you should really weigh in EVERY week. That thing is giving me a complex.
BTW, Tina, when I go overboard, I find that eating grilled/baked fish pulls the weight off fast.

I haven't been around for a couple of weigh-ins .... I skipped one weigh in to avoid any bad news (too much and ) ... but last week I still managed to lose .4 lbs. I'm much more on track this week I went to WW last night, and lost another .8 lbs, which I thought was good since it was only 5 days since my last weigh in ... next week I am gonna get that 10 lb ribbon!!
I am going to make my first goal weight (to get below 200) my goal for Jun 21, but please no bikinis.
I am going to make a new tracker when the page is working again.

I'm not going to officially weigh-in this week. I've had water retention and then I went and had Chinese food last night. Ooops!

3.6 lbs are GONE, all in the first week too!! It is going to be FUN to see how many go the next week! It is so encouraging to see others that are making it work, slow or otherwise. Every pound gone is success!
Stayed the same this week even with eating out at the chinese restaurant. Thats cool though, at least no gain. Hope everyone has a wonderful week. Take care...Sis
