I was wondering if anyone was trying the new Bob Greene book. I am starting it and SouthBeach at the same time. I was already treading so am adding in the functional and strength training exercises. SBD is going well so far, one day down in Phase 1! I feel good not hungry at all.
The exercise is killer, but I feel myself getting addicted already. It feels good to be a little sore, to be actually doing something. Don't want to miss, hope it lasts..... SBD is going well, I do like the healthier aspects compared to Atkins. We (husb & I) did Atkins before with some success, but it didn't last. I have been wanting to eat healthier, not that they've added the dairy and some other things, it's right up my alley.
