Hello Princesses-Can you believe that another month is gone? But this means that it is closer to beach weather.

If you have not had to repeat any weeks of the challenge you are now on week 2 of Stage 2.

I am still in week one of Stage 2....yes, I have to repeat this week due to overindulging at friends 50th Birthday party I threw for her Saturday night. So it is back on the program today. Probably drinking all that water is good to flush the toxins out of my body I took in last night

This weeks MINI CHALLENGE is:
To try a vegetable or a fruit you have NEVER had before.

Have fun and see everyone on the beach!

I know it is cold to be out on the Beach but where is everyone?????

I had to begin last week over again and so far so good! I am now down 10lbs since we started going to the Beach :) So even if you have to start a week over, Don't Quit.

I hope to see more of yu here soon.

Wow, 10 lbs! I'm impressed! I have to start this stage over again too. I just can't seem to go 3 days without ignoring my diet completely. Maybe I should do a diet makeover. Junk food only! Just kidding.

So I am starting this stage over again for the 5th straight day! Not doing so hot on the first week of stage 2. But so far today things are going well! At least I have kept on drinking water! So for now I am back to the drawing board and ready to start staying focused! ;)

Sorry - I've been gone for a while. Started a new job this week and didn't have a lot of time to post. But the good news is that it was easier to diet since I was at work. I've lost 6 lbs. I'm coming down with a cold/flu though and worried about that! Although I hear people who have had the flu have lost 5 lbs. Not the best way to go about it but I'll take it anyway I can get it! Sniff. Sniff.

Due to many moments of weakness/boredom/stress or perhaps all of the above, I am still working at week 1 of stage 2. Anyone else out there having these set backs? I am ready to have a sucessful week. I am going to be more concious of my intake and record everything I eat, this can be challenging. I am following the Weight Watchers flex plan and the first 6 weeks lost 13 lbs, but now seem to be at a standstill. I am doing good with drinking my water and am going to try Ivana's quiche recipe as soon as I get to the store to buy the ingredients! Argh! this diet thing is tough!
