Kathy, I am right there with you. After my DD's problems at school this week I have discovered that I am an emotional eater. I never thought I was, but I saw myself going for the cookies, and the ice cream, and I didn't care! So, I too am trying to get back on track., I really don't want to go to WI next week to claim my 16 week prize and say, "yes, after 16 weeks, I have lost 6.2 lbs.", thought maybe I could claim 8, then it would average out to 1/2 lb. per week., but at this rate it's not going to happen. I must take control and stop my hands from putting the bad food into my mouth., CORE foods only and lots of water for the next 5 days! I will try.
