At least I can laugh about it! I'm at work and was doing something on the classified engineering system (VAX) ... and got the equivalent of "the blue screen of death." !!!!! The error has the lovely name of STACK DUMP which is just how I felt after it happened and I lost all of my work for the last few hours.

So I'm sitting over here saying all sorts of unladylike words and the guy in the next cube over (the one who a few weeks ago sat over there eating a Big Mac which I was drooling over!) came over and brought me a little piece of Dove candy. I thanked him, ate it, and promptly decided I needed more. I went and got a Dr Pepper and a little snack cake and now I feel better.

Kathy, I am right there with you. After my DD's problems at school this week I have discovered that I am an emotional eater. I never thought I was, but I saw myself going for the cookies, and the ice cream, and I didn't care! So, I too am trying to get back on track., I really don't want to go to WI next week to claim my 16 week prize and say, "yes, after 16 weeks, I have lost 6.2 lbs.", thought maybe I could claim 8, then it would average out to 1/2 lb. per week., but at this rate it's not going to happen. I must take control and stop my hands from putting the bad food into my mouth., CORE foods only and lots of water for the next 5 days! I will try.
