I just realized, as I reached for my bottle of ibuprofen, that this was the first time I have needed to take it since starting Phase I ten days ago. I used to pop them like some folks eat M&Ms, and I just haven't seemed to need them until today (it's raining — my joints are little barometers
).
Has anyone else noticed that they don't hurt as much? I thought at first it might be because of no potatoes because some folks think that nightshade plants cause arthritis pain, but I've been eating eggplant which is also a nightshade.
I LOVE the unexpected bonus, but was wondering if I'm the only one with it. Thanks.
