btw, I have no idea what Chicken fat flavoring is!!

Are you sure you really want to eat all the other stuff? What the heck are they?

Actually, in comparison to the junk I have been putting in my body for the past year. I don't mind. If you see the portions it can't be that much! But now I know what to look for! :)

Im a single Mom that leaves really early (630) leaves home very late (630) and earn o/t by working thru 1/2 my lunch. So I got to have quick and easy stuff for lunch bc I spend my mornings making part of dinner! Im a crockpot queen.

So I don't mind and really cant afford the time nor the $$ to buy the "fresh" stuff and make it...
