Geez and to think, I graduated high school in 1995... That was almost ten years ago...
Anyway 2005 is just around the bend, so what are everyone's goals for this new year?
Mine are:
To eat in a mindful manner
to not put moral labels on my food or eating
To be as positive as possible
to weight train regularly to maintain my muscle mass
To run a half marathon
To stop using the expression "I should have..." and "I could have" unless absolutely necessary
To rid myself of the contraction "can't"
To floss
To tell everyone I know how much I appreciate them all
To get a ring (okay that's more a wish
).
