Default Weight loss and hysterectomy

Hello to everyone, I found 3FC a few week ago, and just want to say I love reading what everyone has to say. It does give me encouragment and also fun to read. My question is or should I say, my story begun 5 years ago, when I had a hysterectomy. I found my life was over. As a child I was "fluffy" then as I grow into the teenage years, I was slended down some, but after marriage and giving birth, the weight come back. This year I turned 50...not a bad age, but I am still "fluffy", like 75# of too much fluff... This year I went to a women health fair, listened to a dr. talk about women and our horomones. I followed the dr. advise, search out a dr. who would help me get off the hormone pill, took the testing for my hormone levels, got with a compounding pharmacy and begun using the progesterone cream plus the supplements I needed. After 6 weeks of using these things, I feel 90% better. I recommand this form of horomone treatment to every women who needs it. BUT now I feel better, still fluffy, and I don't sleep well. Does anyone else experience this?

I had my ovaries removed in June. I'm not on any hormone replacement therapy at all. My symptoms are starting to decrease now, 6 months later. Just give it a bit more time and see how you feel in a few months.
