Atkins Day 1 for me!!!

Breakfast:

2 eggs fried - 1 carb
2 slices canadian bacon - 1 carb
2 cups coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 - 2 carbs from 1/2 & 1/2; 3 carbs from coffee (is this right?) 5 carbs total

Lunch:

Turkey & swiss with mayo rolled in romaine lettuce - 2 carbs

Snack:

2 Deviled Eggs - 2 carbs

Total carbs according to fit day: 11

I plan on having baked salmon and a side salad for dinner
