Hi all,

Hiya How about good old fashioned cal counting? That's as easy as it gets without having to cut extra things out like carbs or something.

And we do have a mixture of different plans going on in here, WW points, Core and Slimming WOrld as well as our calorie counters so whichever you choose, someone will be able to help you with anything you need

oooh when I clicked on this thread I wondered if we were still talking diets so..now that we are i've tried Weight Watchers in the past and had great success with it i've also had great success with calorie counting too so its entirely up to you Catherine and the beauty about both of these is that no food is off limits so you CAN have your cake and eat it too
