Welcome Sunset! I'm glad you found us, and I'm especially glad because your a veggie and so am I! Got any good recipes? A reasonable rate of loss is about 1-2 lbs. per week, so maybe a reasonable goal for halloween might be about 8-10 lbs. or so.
Sunset & Jenicra: I would love to have some of your recipes. i'm not a veggie, but I'm trying to focus on eating fruits, veggies, and whole grains mostly. I would love some good ones.
Welcome to the club! It is really great place here and there are enough people on here that you can have someone to talk to when you need that extra support when you need it, but so many that your posts get lost.
My name is tye and I am 20 and I live in Oregon. I have been a member for the past 9 weeks and have lost 15 pounds. They say that it is reasonable to lose about 2 lbs a weeks so try to make your goal around that or to lose just under that a week so if you dont lose that much evey week you wont be dissapointed by Halloween.
