It is 5 Weeks til Memorial Day, Monday April 28th. I though it might be a good idea to set some goals. I am going to try to lose 10 Lbs, including whatever I lose tomorrow at weigh in. Anyone want to join me?
This is a real touchy subject for me. My son is graduating from HS that weekend and we will have both families here expecting food and lots of it. That's what our families do... eat. I want to lose 10 pounds but that's probably not realistic for me.
Glad you guys decided to join, atleast it is a long way away. I am going for the 10 lbs but honestly will be happy with 6lbs seeing as how I can't seem to lose more than that a week lately. I lost 1.2 lbs tonight and am a bit disappointed with all the walking I did and eating on program. It wouldn't be so bad except for the fact of losing only .2 last week, Oh well forward we go.
