I dunno! I bought a salad yesterday, ate half of it, and found a stick about 3 inches long in it! I nearly lost the half that I had already eaten. So now I'm totally grossed out by salad Lord, that was nasty.

Ick, Wendy! Was it really a stick or just part of an herb? Still...I don't think I could have eaten it!

I am not sure what's on today's menu...I forgot to look this morning. I'll find out when I go home. I think I may have more of the tomato/basil/mozzerella mix, though. That was good!

It's very cold here today - I've even turned on the furnace! We will be having lentil soup from yesterday, a whole wheat roll and fresh peaches for dessert.

Thumbs up

I'm having turkey and lettuce w/ dijon mustard in a veggie tortilla and some sf strawberry jello. Haven't tried the tortillas before, but they smell great and have no fat and just a few carbs and the poly-hydrogenated-oses are last on the ingredients list. I REALLY want to have lentil soup or broccoli cheese soup for dinner tonight, but we have a birthday dinner to attend. Rats.

Good OP eatin' y'all!

I'm not sure about lunch but I think I will be having Shrimp Tortilla soup. I have them leave off the tortillas and I just use a little bit of the cheese since I'm sure it isn't reduced fat.

Dinner is Creole Gumbo from the cookbook and possibly some black beans with salsa and a little avocado if it looks like the gumbo isn't enough.

Barb, all this talk about soup and gumbo is making my wrap less and less appealing. I wonder what the soup du jour is in the cafeteria...ah, better not. I know it's cold out, but I'm sure **** hasn't frozen over yet and the soup's not OP!

I have a spinach salad (spinach, mushrooms, pecans, shredded mozzarella, olive oil, salt, pepper, dill, cayenne pepper) and a piece of boneless/skinless chicken breast.

Nelie, that sounds gooood!

I messed up with my plan and didn't read well! I ate today's lunch yesterday and then couldn't make yesterday's today because we ran out of PB!

So, I improvised, and it turned out good! I had tuna salad, 1/2 can of lentil soup, and a salad made of orange tomatoes and basil from yesterday's farmer's market along with one cut up string cheese and some olive oil. Yum! Creamsicle for dessert.

Guess I should answer my own poll. We went out shopping for mini-vans at lunch and needed something eat on the run. Subway won.

I needed a sandwich, so I got a wrap with chicken and veggies. No dressings, a sprinkle of cheese (but only one sprinkle, I stopped her before she put more on cause I knew it was not lf or ff). It worked for P2.
