Recipe For Success

1 c. Motivation
1 Tbs. Inspiration
4 ounces of Program Knowledge
A pinch of Humor
1/4 c. Determination
2 tsp. Activity
3 Tbs. of Support

Stir all ingredients slowly. Simmer until you attain the results you desire. It doesn't matter how long it takes to reach your goal, there is no time limit.

Now I will give you my personal spin on this little ditty......

1 c. Motivation - Wouldn't it be great to just look fabulous!

1 Tbs. Inspiration - Hearing from successful people here gives me inspiration

4 ounces of Program Knowledge - I have read the book and understand what I am suppose to do.....I just don't always do it!

A pinch of Humor - Almost everyday on this board I get to laugh...sometimes at myself.

1/4 c. Determination - I think that staying on this plan since last Sept shows that I am at least determined if nothing else!

2 tsp. Activity - ok, ok, this is a tough one...........

3 Tbs. of Support - Easy......all of you
