Hi everyone!!! This morning at 9:30 I joined weight watchers..I was so scared my hands were sweaty I had butterflies in my stomach I felt so ashamed of how much weight I had gained and even worse when i stepped on the scale..Untill she said "you will never have to see those numbers again honey" And I felt 100% better..I think I actually smiled..The leader was super nice and so was everyone else in the group..You see I had ordered the Richard Simmons plan in Jan and hated it..After a few weeks of frustration I started checking out this site and the ww website and decided to give it a try..I put the foodmover away and said bye bye Richard this I feel I can actually do and I feel real good about myself..I just wanted to say that..You all have a great day!!

Welcome and congrats on taking that first step toward a healthy lifestyle and all the perks that come with it!

I personally found points much better than exchanges. When doing something like the foodmover, it is very hard to account for something that isn't exactly a bread/fruit/etc... With pts, anything works with the program if you know the nutrition info. Freedom!

Great luck to you on your first week!

Congrats on making a really good choice for yourself. Post a lot and get involved here. It really helps keep you focused on what you're doing for yourself.
