Brown Sugar Substitute
From Carroll Pellegrinelli,
adapted from a SPLENDAŽ recipe
1 cup SPLENDAŽ No Calorie Sweetener, Granular
1/4 cup Sugar-Free Maple Syrup, preferably made with SPLENDAŽ
Mix ingredients well.
Replaces 1 cup of regular brown sugar to be used when baking.

No. This is one you make up using Splenda. Brown Sugar Twin is differnt and not recommended.

Why do you say that Brown Sugar Twin is not recommended? I've used it several times and it tastes great. Regular Sugar Twin is listed as good in the GF/GC. Brown Sugar Twin does contain maltodextrin but then so does granulated Spenda.

Well, Splenda is the only one recommended on SBD and I have to preach the SBD bible! Can't find it in my guide. However, I could be wrong - I've made mistakes before - been married twice!
