prosciutto meatloaf
real easy to make and yummy
2 pounds of ground burger or turkey
1 small onion{i dont put onion}
1/4 pound prosciutto
1/4 pound of any cheese i use cheddar with 0 carbs
first roll out burger on parchment paper
then layer all the prosciutto and then cheese on top of that
then roll the burger up with the parchment then it should look like a big roll size it to fit a meatloaf pan or bread pan.
cook at 350 for an hour and a half check it to see if its done if not throw it back in for a half til done.
very low in carbs barley any unless u add the onion or cheese that has carbs with onion small one i say add at least 10 carbs to be safe and thats for the whole loaf.
