oops i had forgotten to update, didn't really know how it worked actually but i'd say i have about 180 minutes per week in may! but my goal is 200 of cardio per week for june. :)

girls just run your totals like this.
June 1st- 60 minutes of whatever
June 2nd- 50 minutes of whatever
etc
this makes it easier for me. Ellis will post this in a sticky at the top. Then you will just need to edit each day. Any more questions just ask.
