Default Chinese food--

We've been asked out to dinner with friends and they've picked a Chinese restaurant since "we're on a diet" and I guess they figured that would be the best place with the best choices for us

Anyway,
Would Shrimp/Chicken with veggies or a Cashew Shrimp/Chicken in a white sauce and no MSG be okay?

Of course, skip the rice...

Any thoughts would be great!

Oh man its been such a long time since I had chinese, but I seem to remember this dish it was boiled chicken breast slices with a light light broth and pea pods I used to get that as a healthy chinese dish but I can't for the life of me remember what it was called, and of course I didn't eat the rice either though. Good Luck

Yeah most chinese places now do "steamed" dishes that have no sauce, chicken or shrimp and lots of eggies -I would to that and add spicy mustard or a bit of soy...

Nope - I've been yelled at once today for my humor - I don't want to get yelled at again for hitting someone too.

And obviously eggies are baby eggs

Er, veggies without the V

LOL I've been curbing my sarcasm a great deal because people where I used to work always thought I was mean/ hated them when they started. They never understood when I was kidding so I was so good at my sarcasm!!!

Eggies... baby eggs! Of course!!!!
