So my rail thin sister today decides to "discuss" with me self control. I say I lack it. She says I can't lack it if I can control my carbs (this was before the raspberry "pie"). I told her it's because my carbs are low that I CAN control it. But if I was to eat "normal" that I'd end up where I was before. Does that make sense to you all or did I not explain it well?
It makes sense to me, but I could see how it could be confusing. Its hard to tell if you are talking about self control in the sense that you can't control what kind of food or how much of it goes into your mouth, or if you are talking about controlling your weight by lowering carbs because your body doesn't handle them well.

That makes complete sense, Brenda. I've been so off and on since the new year, and if I'm not completely *on* plan, my self-control is so minimal. I need to be 100% on plan it seems, to be able to feel like I have control.
