Ok, I am using Fitday like a lot of you and I just put in all my info. for today. I can not BELIEVE how much fat I ate! I am going to keep the faith in Atkins, but I am just curious as to wether or not my numbers are ok. I know the fat is pretty high because I ate at Mickey D's today (just cheese n meat
) but WOW.
Calories are 2213 ( I know I am not supposed to worry about them though
)
Protein: 244 grams
Fat: 124 grams
Carbs: 17 grams
I just couldn't believe how much fat I ate, and what's really scary is how much I must have been eating BEFORE I started Atkins!
