Another Newbie Question
Hi-
I've been researching the SBD for the better part of the day and have decided that I would like to give it a try. Currently, however, I've been doing Weight Watchers. Has anyone else out there made the transition from WW to the SBD? As a loyal point-counter, I'm very nervous about giving up counting WW points; nonetheless, WW has stopped working for me, so I'm looking for something new. If anyone has any advice, I'd very much appreciate it.
