Good Morning Chickadees!

It is beautiful here in Louisiana today! 55 degrees, cool, breezy and blue skies. Spring has definitely Sprung!

Leenie – I see you are at work today? Maybe you're just having a couple of "off" days and they will pass quickly! I hope so anyway! great big hugs!

Tippy – you still eating boiled eggs and sausage this morning? I have some eggs in the fridge, but I need to boil them to eat them.

Cin – I am so glad you are feeling better! How many meetings you doing today? 3???

Jenni – how ya like Dr. Phil’s book? Hey? What kind of exercise are you doing? I mostly walk and sometimes I get real energetic and do strength training with hand weights on an exercise ball. *sigh* I gotta work that back in to my day!

April – hope you slept better last night!

Kemp – where R U girlie?

Noodles – 8 hours of cleaning huh! Wow! It usually takes me about 6 hours on Saturday to really clean my house – and it is the longest 6 hours of my week! Why do we do that to ourselves???

Lynnie – I’m sorry you are feeling down! I hope the sleep helps shake it off!

I "art" here!

It is sunny in Ky and cool today.I only do 2 meetings on Tues now and love it!I have some time in between to come home and work a bit!

I feel so much better.I almost feel guilty posting in here sometimes because I am healthy and happy....I am sorry when people feel down. Praying for them is what I do best! I will continue to pray for all who have ups and downs!

My daughter just started back on anti-depressants.She started at the age of 14...........and is now almost 30.......I never saw an improvement in her with meds but there are many new ones out.......I suppose it is a matter of finding the correct ones and I think getting to the "root" of her problems would help also.
