Carb Counters - Strange question

Does being in ketosis make your urine smell different? I was just wondering.

Maybe that's what Star and others meant by "asparagus pee" I know my breath and armpits smell. But haven't smelled anything different about when I go...

yes it smells different and that would be ketosis. It smalls more pungent and sometimes it can look oily, But that is a good thing. It all depends on your body's preferred way of getting rid of fat toxins.

Yes, I have noticed changes as well. It does have a stronger smell and stranger look.

Well, well, I am finally for the first of five times doing Atkins in real ketosis then! :D :D
