Depression, food, and si all go hand in hand in my life.
Seem like one or the other goes round and round. Get one conquer and other one raises its ugly head. Seems like a never-ending battle.

Hi Flower,

Your right it is a never ending vicious cycle. One thing I've learned is I never have anything conquered, maybe under control, but never conquered (sigh).

Are you on any meds for the depression and are you following any diet plan ? I've been following atkins since July of last year, and to tell you the truth I feel really good mentally, I haven't had an aweful winter with my SAD, actually I haven't had it at all except two weeks in oct/nov. Weight loss is slow, but thats cause I cheat like crazy

I know I know, but I'm 27 lbs lighter than last year

~ got tons more to go, but I'm in no hurry for the first time in my life. It will happen.
