Sorry - just saw the message. I just bought the Steel's BBQ sauce, ketchup and cocktail sauce from alacarb.com. They're very good and I highly recommend them! My husband is a huge BBQ fiend, and it definitely satisifed his cravings. (He's actually doing better than me on the beach here on phase 2 - I stalled out but he keeps losing!).

Yes, they're OK on Phase I. The 'official' site references S/F Ketchup and sauces frequently on Phase I recipes, and since tomatoes are now unlimited in Phase I, you shold be fine.

We bought some Carb Options sugar free barbecue sauce at the local grocery store and it is GREAT. No sugar alcohols, and it tasted just like regular sauce. Carp Options has partnered with brands like Kraft and Lawry's and developed a low carb line. I know SBD isn't low carb, but in this case, the sauce fits the bill.

The low carb peanut butter is a joke. It has like 12-15 ingredients in it! Why not buy natural peanut butter. Ingredients:Peanuts. Ok, I'm rambling! I have found the Carb Options at Krogers, if you are interested.

Jennifer - I thought the whole low carb peanut butter thing was silly too! If there's anything I've taken away from SBD, is to embrace natural, not-overly-processed foods. I've yet to find the Carb options stuff in my store, but I'll keep a look out for them-
