Default Re 7 days down--- Did almost ok at party

I ate only the mixed veggie tray before dinner no cheese or crackers.
Then at supper ate ham and tossed salad.
Then out comes this huge cake.
I had the thinest little slice. Thinner then my baby finger. Funny thing was all the way home my stomache did back flips. Not ill just making lots of noices and grumbles.
I figure yep I did bad but my days choices through out the day weren't bad so I will just suck it up.
Start again today.
Yes It is a new way of life but hey we all gotta live right?
Hopefully not done to much damage

As I'm told "At least it was only a little bit and you realise what you did and are willing to correct it" lol. Yup, we all have to live (I'm just waiting for the Girl Scout cookies )
