I just returned from Krogers with fresh shrimp -- big sale! If anyone has a good shrimp recipe, would you mind placing it in the recipe section? I'm starting dinner in about 1 1/2 hours, so I'm a little desperate.

I've made like a stuffed shrimp similar to one they used to have at red lobster.
Take Shrimp and wrap halfway with prosuito fill it with stuffing of your choice.
I do a crab/mayo or yogurt/onion/garlic/cajun spice mix. Wrap the prousito around the seafood mix. Please on reynolds release foil and bake until the ingred are heated through 10-20 minutes at 350 F.
