Default Weekly Exercise logs - 11/2 through 11/8

Today starts a new and ACTIVE week! Let's get out there and log some serious minutes!

Unfortunately, I don't have any today. I did some housework, but for the most part my allergies kept me miserable

I didn't log any exercise today, and I really missed it! I think it keeps me sane & feeling balanced.
I wanted to take a brisk walk, but I'm resting my hip (one of my hips is pretty sore, & I think it's as a result of running). So, needless to say I'll be taking a break from the running for awhile--going to just walk & do elliptical, and then see how my hip feels. I don't want to risk hurting it worse, and then having to stop working out completely--that wouldn't help out the 'ol weight loss very much, now would it? (-; Plus I needed a day off from exercise--haven't taken one in too, too long.

Great start to the new week, ladies!!!! I'm love that everyone is so active!!!

I added some new 'stuff' today.

10 minutes jogging
10 minutes stair-stepping machine
35 minutes variable height elliptical machine

For some reason I feel like I could conquer the world today! Must have been the 3 days of rest ;-)

Ok, I am going to the gym tomorrow morning. I have to finally kick this cold some how and maybe that will help. Plus I need to go weigh in! It's almost been a week since I've worked out, this is crazy.

40 minutes walking today

I had hoped to also make some gym time, but it just didn't work out today. Oh well! Tomorrow is another day.

Been a bad week so far - I haven't gone to the gym since Saturday - I've got to organize my time better - right now I'm racing to finish off a bunch of work for my meeting with my supervisor tomorrow...

Tomorrow!

Tuesday 1 hour spinning class
Does anybody else do spinning? It's so fun!

Wednesday walked to Uni ~20 min

Now, if I make it to aerobics on Thursday this will be an exceptionally good week.
