onto replies:

Barb: What a good decision you are making for YOU! That's why I don't even have a scale in my house because when I did, I hopped on it two or three times a day. Now the only time I weigh is when I go to WI. What a motivation you are!

Mary: Ok where is everyone? No one has posted since last night. Come out and Play I think I could say the same of you! I know I haven't been posting alot lately because I've been so busy, but I think..... except for one post, we've only seen one and two word sentences from you for the last little while. Don't you know we miss you? We can all do this together..... don't be afraid to share with us. We love you just like you are.

Sandy: Bless your heart little girl. You have really had a hard time lately, haven't you? I've been thinking about you and said a prayer for you and your family. Hope the kids get to feeling better soon. :grouphug:

Terri: I've been meaning to let you know how much your post helped me with some issues I've had in the past. I'm referring to when you were sharing about your pastor talking about how you had to accept their children for who they are. I can't tell you how much your insights meant to me.

Pam: I am so glad you are here with us! Your posts always inspire me and make me laugh. You talk all you want..... we love listening!

J-ann: I don't think I've taken the time to welcome you to Twoterville! Doesn't it feel great? I KNEW you could do it! P.S. Thanks for the info on the English muffins. :T

Andria: Sorry you've been having trouble with the computer. It sure is good to have you back!

Michelle: I'm sorry to hear that Andrew is sick..... I know that only adds to the load on shoulders. Don't forget to take some time for YOU.....and NEVER forget: I believe in you. I have faith in you. I KNOW you can do this.

2cute: So happy to see you here. You know I truly suffer when you're not here regularly. :bb: I think you should just kick all those people out and come to your family here. I am SO proud of you for going swimming at your local gym. You are much braver than me.

Kat: I am UBER proud of you for going to your Body Pump class. You are truly an inspiration to me. I have to live through you for things like that. I don't know if I could EVER go to a gym.

Joanne: My goodness, it sounds like you have been just about as busy as I have been lately. Take some time out for yourself. ;) And don't you worry..... you'll kick that scale's butt next week!

Well, now since I have responded to everyone on the last thread, I feel that I can continue on. I sincerely apologize for not being here alot the last couple of days, but I have been SO busy. :dizzy: You know Saturday we went to Knoxville and how that came out. Well, it took me just about all day on Sunday to catch up on my housework...... I even had to tape the race! Does that tell you how busy I've been?! Monday, I had to go grocery shopping and ran a ton of errands, then Trey had a game Monday night. We had playoffs last night and playoffs next Tuesday. I'm working today and it is my only day off. (non-football) He has practice again tomorrow, Friday... we're going to Atlanta to qualifying for the race, Saturday....we're going to the coach's house for a bonfire and camp out, Sunday.... I'm passing out, :faint: Monday..... more practice, Tuesday..... more playoffs and whoever wins that goes to the Superbowl. I'm quite sure I have an ulcer. :yikes:

Other than that, believe it or not..... I am STILL OP and exercising regularly. Last week, I lost 2.4 and I am continuing on. This is it girls.... I am in it for the long haul. NO turning back. With the exception of one day, I have been OP for five weeks now and have lost almost 18 lbs. Are you with me?!!

I love you all!

10-22-2003, 01:04 PM
Tina -
Phew...I just read your post and now I think I need a nap - you wore me out just reading about how busy you are! :faint:

Just had to say congrats and I am proud of you for staying OP and taking care of yourself while you are so busy taking care of your family!!

Keep up the GREAT work!!!

Hello all Today is my Aunts 89th birthday. I bought her lunch and took to her.

10-22-2003, 04:41 PM
Here I am !! Unfortunately I did not make it to the pool today... but I am going to do 30 minutes of leg workout in the hot tub. It will help with my flexiblity. Then I am headed to the old house. My daughter and her boyfriend got everything down from the attic and into the garage so I need to go through it and get a lot of it thrown away I am sure. I keep everything. :^:

Tina... WOW !!! you are busy if YOU recorded the races.
I can barely believe it. It makes me ashamed of playing "Spider" instead of doing housework. :o
I want to say how proud I am of you for staying OP for 5 weeks. :bravo:
That is even MORE impressive than 18 lbs ... and that is GREAT !!

Kat ... keep the end of April open for the Spring Fling. I think that is what I am going to aim for. In May there are graduations for some of us. I even know one of us may be planning a wedding for May or June too. So ladies... unless I hear from you... Mid to late April is my goal. You all better be posting.... I may limit my invitations to "regular posters". ( Hint hint) ;)

Barb.. you are always so nice to be sure to reply to each of us. :grouphug:
I used to be able to do that regularly... now it is hit and miss.
I truly appreciate your efforts there... and everyone else who takes the time for personal replies.

Mary... Keep hanging in there girl. Lets count how many good days you have this week verses bad. I bet the good will win.
Joanne... I noticed you too are close to TWOTERVILLE :cp:
You soon will be there... I am sooo excited for you. !!!

Pam... I am taking you at your word for any time is okay for our spring fling.
I expect to see you there and can't wait to meet you.
You are always so uplifting and positive.

Terri.. you too are just a joy to read. :D
I just get so motivated with your high spirits. :D
I don't mean to put pressure on all of you positive people ... we all have the right to a down day now and then ... but I sure do appreciate all of your good days.

Michelle... Hope you don't get what Andrew has ... and I am glad it is not too serious.

Thin... I know you are buried in work today. Please make some time to come out and play with us too. :high:

Okay.. I think I hit everyone.
Be sure to pencil in the last half of April for our gathering.
I know you want an exact date as soon as possible. At least I have opened up all of May and June for you. Even the beginning of April. LOL I have to go buy me a 2004 calendar and get busy determining an exact date. I am getting there.
I have just been so busy with selling this old house. We had a buyer and then lost them. Now we have a new buyer.
I am glad our house seems to have other people who liked it besides ourselves. LOL I have to be OUT by the end of October... that is MY goal. We are suppose to close Nov 13th... but ... then we were suppose to close on the first buyer too.
Cross your fingers and toes. :crossed:

PS... I need to confess.
I ate like a pig last night. :ink:
I am doing MUCH MUCH better today. In fact.. I did great all day yesterday...except our fancy dinner out. But I am not letting it get me down.
I AM DETERMINED to be in Twoterville by April when you all come to meet. :gossip:
I want to be a "former" 300+er.

Sure I'll post the coleslaw recipe. We need a thread just for all our recipes. They tend to get lost with all the other postings and there have been some really great recipes posted.

I'll be back either later tonight or early AM to post the recipe and do replies.

10-22-2003, 07:31 PM
I'm jumping in for a "quickie" here...I have to get dinner started. That would be Linquine with Clam Sauce, salad and bread that is baking right now in my almost forgotten about bread maker. :T The clam sauce is very easy, and low in points...I may have posted the recipe, I forget. If anyone wants it, let me know.

I got my exercise in today. Took a 40 minute walk at a beautiful park while my son was at CCD. I love it when I can squeeze a walk in like that, when I'd just be waiting around for that hour anyway. The leaves are really starting to change color now, so the walk around the lake is just breathtaking. I love how the gorgeous colors are mirrored in the lake...double the pleasure! Even on a cloudy overcast day, there is such beauty out there.

After we got home, he challenged me to a game on basketball. <Oh please, no.> He got me though, he said, "but Mom, I REALLY need the practice and there's no one around," accompanied by puppy dog eyes. (All you mommies know the amazing power of guilt.) I promised him 15 minutes only and that's it! Reluctantly, he agreed to that instead of playing "21." <what does this kid want to do, kill me??> I must say, despite knowing very little about how to play or what to do, I got a rousing workout in those 15 minutes...and it really was a lot of fun. I may have found a new exercise!

Tina, you whirling dervish! 5 weeks, :bravo:
2cute, April sounds good to me, I think...
Terri, I like the idea of a recipe thread. I'm always looking for something new.

Hi everyone else...gotta get to that dinner now.

Have a good night!

10-22-2003, 09:41 PM
went to chat but no one was there

10-23-2003, 02:15 AM
Mary... you should share what you would have shared in chat in here. ;)
We all want to get to know you even better.

Well ladies... April it is !!!
Tonight my daughter's boyfriend proposed marriage.. finally. LOL
They have been together for 4 years. Of course any sooner would have been too soon. LOL They met her senior year in high school. She graduated college in 3 years and was ready to tie the knot. He took a little longer. LOL
Anyway.. they are hoping for a May wedding so our gathering will definitely need to be done in April.

Kat.... YOU BETTER BE THERE !!!! :drill: LOL

10-23-2003, 08:08 AM

It's a little early but it will melt ..... I hope.

Lot's of work to do today. So I have to keep this short. I did get into the peppermint patties yesterday. They are now locked in my car. I'll bring them into the office later where they will magically disappear. I won't eat anymore. I'm over the urge. Thank God.

See ya later,

10-23-2003, 08:52 AM
2cute: Congrats on your daughters upcoming marriage. Guess you knew it would happen some day....LOL. But better they are really ready than just rushing in to it. Sounds like they both have good heads on their shoulders.

J-Ann: SNOWING!!!! It's way to early for snow!!! Yesterday it rained here, but I did see a few flakes mixed in. The temps have been in the 30's here in the a.m. and yesterday I don't think it made it out of the 40's and started chilling over again after noon time.

Tina: I am so proud of you being on plan for 5 weeks now and 18 lbs gone!!! YOU GO GIRL!!!! Keep up the good work, your doing gggggrrrrrreeeeeaaattttt!!!!! Good Luck to Treys team too.

Mary: I think life has just been so busy for chat for anyone. I used to love and live for it, but lately seems I am so busy or just so tired by the time it is time to be in chat. My head has been hitting the pillow at like 8:30-9:00 the past 5 or 6 days.

Kat: Good for you getting out there and playing Basketball. Had fun after all hey. Amazing how much fun we can have with the kids doing the simplest things that make them happy. And just think making lovely wonderful memories at the same time.

Barb & Terri: Wanted to say hi your way too. You all are doing great too. Keep up the good work.

Anything to keep moving and burning calories.

April it is. {Gosh, I'm assuming I'll be invited :o} Okay, having set the date, we now have two big dates to work towards ladies. For some reason, I'm :fr: about January 1st coming so rapidly but I want us all to be able to look back and feel good about accomplishing something. For so many years, I'd hit that time period and say, okay THIS is the year and end the year with little accomplishment. This year, I will have hit my 10% as I'm within reach. Then our next goal will be end of April. Hope you don't mind a bit of :drill: in my posts. Ladies, set your goals, make your plans and make sure you're making your environment a no-fail environment (I've been watching too much Dr Phil)

Here's what else I'm going to do with the index cards. I'm going to get different colored cards. DH suggested cards for those really special meals that we enjoy that aren't exactly WW friendly but we truly enjoy making. Those are for once a week or a month. Then a set for recipes that I tear out of magazines thinking I want to make but then forget that I have. I'll be putting where the recipes are, WW point information calculated ahead of time if possible, and ingredient lists. DH and I have really been struggling with the planning part. I get tired of having to do all the planning but when I leave it up to him its fried chicken, potatoes, steak, etc even though he knows the South Beach plan. This should make it less stressful for both of us.

Sorry Mary about chat. We have church on Wednesday nights plus chat just doesn't work well for my connection. I agree with 2Cute - post here instead so we can all know you more and support you better.

J-Ann - Its a little early for snow! We're having a gorgeous fall.

Tina - I'm glad that what I share has helped. His message really opened my eyes and I feel a burden relieved from the awareness. I've been doing a lot of thinking this week about how I seek (or have sought) validation from something else. It occurred to me that we put a lot of expectation on the WI as validation (or blessing) of our efforts. We give that WI too much of ourselves when we should be giving that blessing to ourselves - we know what we've done or not done to accomplish our goals. You're doing awesome!

2Cute - Congrats on "mother-of-the-bride"! What fun!

Kat - Basketball! Good for your son for getting you to play. I really hope that when I'm in NYC we can meet somewhere even if its just to hug each other!

Barb - Where's the next cruise? DH and I want to do either Alaska or the Pacific coast side of Mexico. But first will be San Fran next year.

Okay, I must get going and get on the stationary bike. I have a dental appt this AM so I'm lazing about a bit and I do want to have time to do more ironing before I go.

Have a great day!

10-23-2003, 09:03 AM
Good morning all.
Hope all of you are well.
Weather here is going to be 86 today but at night it is cool
Food wasn't good yesterday I ate KFC with my aunt and left over pizza for dinner. Our new childrens librarian is making us soup for lunch today.

Work is hectic because our shelver has been out for the last month getting over surgery. She has been on dialysis for 30 years and she had to have a new shunt put in. Her sister had surgery last week so she is helping her too. That makes it hard on us doing extra work.

I have started doing my christmas shopping already.
Are we doing the card list this year?

Well I better run get a bath and eat something. Catch you all later

1/2 small head green cabbage (or bagged coleslaw mix)
3 scallions, chopped
2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
2 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted (or sunflowe)

Combine the cabbage, scallions, oil, and vinegar. Toss well and chill until ready to serve. Add the sesame seeds and toss again before serving.

Serves 4

Per serving: 103 calories, 2 g protein, 5 g carbs, 9 g fat, 1 g sat fats, 15 mg sodium, 0 mg chol, 2 g fiber

We add lite soy sauce for a little more pizzazz. Play with the combination for your taste or desire to reduce fat calories.

This is really easy and refreshing.

Good morning .. good morning ... good morning !!!
Rise and SHINE !!!!! :flow2:

Terri .... OF COURSE you are invited !!!! You are EXPECTED to be there. :)
I just LOVED your post. I am glad you are watching Dr Phil and spreading the good news here. Keep it coming !!! I am going to buy his book soon.

Mary... so good to see you posting and sharing more today.
I want to do the card exchange again too. I am looking forward to it.
I sure like your weather better than those having SNOW already.

Okay... I hate to post and run... but I have a lot to get done today.

10-23-2003, 12:24 PM
Good Morning Ladies - Just a quick stop in to check on everyone, this morning has been hectic, but I had to stop in here before going on with my day!!! :)

I was at the gym again this morning!!! :strong: I plan on getting there again tomorrow morning and then taking of Sat & Sun since I have busy plans both days. Jeff and I got tickets for the Eagles game Sunday!!!! Looks like we'll have good football weather! I just hope they play a decent game, they haven't been looking good this year.

2 Cute - Congrats on becoming a "Mother-in-Law"!!! I'm sure you and your daughter will have fun planning the wedding!

Terri - We all need the :drill: in your posts. I love reading your messages. You hit the nail on the head with January 1. For the first time in many, many years I will be able to celebrate the New Year with a feeling of accomplishment for the previous year, not a feeling of failure! Next Cruise you ask??? I would love to go to Alaska, but it is so expensive and we have so far to fly. May have to save that for a few years down the road. I think we are going again next September to the Eastern Caribbean this time. There is a group cruise that is being put together on the cruise message board that I am a part of. We are toying with the idea of Vegas in the Spring and the cruise in the fall. An of course a visit to 2cutes in April (Gee....hope I am also invited. :D ) I am still working on organizing all our cruise pictures, I should be able to post them in a few days.

Sorry, gotta run for now...I'm sure I'll be back later!

10-23-2003, 01:12 PM
Barb... my parents and brother both went on the Alaskan cruise and both said it was the BEST !!!

I have your name in ink for the spring fling. ;)
Plus.. we have two Indian casinos here... one within a couple miles of my home. No need for Vegas. LOL :p

10-23-2003, 03:23 PM
Sounds like everyone is having a great day.

Tina: YOU ROCK GIRL! Being so busy and still being able to stay OP! Congrats on your weight loss-and good luck to Trey and his team :D

J-ann: :fr: SNOW! It's too early! I'm a native New Englander, and I do miss the stuff-sometimes.

2 Cute: Congrats to your DD on her engagement

Mary: I had KFC yesterday too. It tasted good, but my stomach complained later. :(

Katrina: Good job with exercising! :)

Terri: Thanks for the receipe :chef:

Sandy: How are your little ones doing?

Hello to anyone I might have missed-and have a great day!

10-23-2003, 03:40 PM
Casinos near 2cute's house???? Count me in!!!

 :joker:  :joker:

Can we fit that somewhere in the plans? Will anyone else join me? :)

10-23-2003, 06:24 PM
Just a quickie, I am sick today. I had one of the doctors at work look at my throat and left ear and he said "Ewww" really quickly. He told me I needed my tonsils out! He gave me sample antibiotics to get me started and a prescription. I still have a slight fever...the good thing is Andrew is fine.

I'm gonna go lay down. Talk to you later.

10-23-2003, 10:12 PM
Hi Gang!
It's a quiet evening around here. What is everyone up to? I just watched Survivor, now watching CSI and planning on crawling in bed soon. Have a great night! Talk to you tomorrow!

10-24-2003, 01:17 AM
WOW.. I did not expect this site to be so slow today.
I don't really have anything worth saying either. :o
Just felt like someone needed to post. LOL
Okay... I am going. I have been down all day. Tomorrow I am going to have one more garage sale. It is suppose to turn COLD here on Saturday. Tomorrow will be in the HIGH 80's or low 90's. Saturday only 58. Plus.. I am babysitting Saturday all day.

10-24-2003, 01:19 AM
Hey everyone :)

I'm alive, just really busy. Wanted to check in and check up on everyone. I've been to Curves the last three days, so exercise is good. My food has been totally comfort oriented, though. I'm working on that one. The other thing I'm having trouble with is my water. I'm a water baby, but with the cooler weather, I'm drinking less than half what I should.

Have to share this with everyone. DH got a job! It isn't anything fantastic, but I did tell him to get anything at all for now and we could look for better later. It also pays weekly, so we should be able to do some quick catching up. I don't think I'm going to sigh in relief until we receive that first check, though. You know, through all this time we still haven't received one check from unemployment? They have lost his paperwork repeatedly. It is beyond funny. I told him he ought to find a nice way to let them know they should walk his papers through and just get it done!

As soon as we are a little caught up financially, I'm going straight back on my Curves diet. I want to be under 300 before January 1st. It is a totally reachable goal. Until we are caught up, I plan to keep the junk carbs out of my life. I've been a nacho and candy addict the last couple of weeks. Yeah, nachos, as in the super salty tortilla chips and that melty cheese wannabe stuff. I got stuck with all the leftover food from the BMX concession stand after our grand opening, and it has been oh so tempting. Well, tomorrow I have to do the shopping for the races this Saturday. I'm going to be really, really careful to not overbuy, plus I'm going to make sure to not be saddled with all the junk food leftovers after this one. Will me the strength to say NO and throw it all away if necessary.

I'm really exhausted and going to head to bed. The town job is being pretty stressful right now. Three groups of people are getting ready to sue each other, and they are all sending in massive requests for information that need to be filled out. I spent almost 10 of my 20 hours this week alone getting what they need put together. It isn't always easy to find what they ask for, and then they get all pissy when we tell them the charge for my time. All of these are public record, they could come in and do it themselves for free... Ah well. I'm calling it job security for now. I do hope the tension dies down soon, though. It is being a difficult environment right now, and I don't like having my cool little town torn apart in this manner.

Night :)

10-24-2003, 03:07 AM
Hi everyone! I didn't want you all to think I've fallen off the face of the earth again. I have been in to read, but just haven't had the time to write. :write:

I'm so sick of coming here and telling you all that I'm just too busy, but I am. :( Yesterday I did 6 coffee shops, a grocery store and a bath and body store. I actually went to bed at a decent hour and vowed to get up early this morning to do all the reports. Well, I did manage to crawl out of bed early and it took me until 1:00 to get the reports done and I still hadn't done one of them. I had to get out of the house because I had 3 banks, 2 shipping stores and a grocery for today as well. Needless to say, I'm one whipped puppy!

I'd really love to do replies, but it's 10 minutes til 2 AM here, and I'm off and running again in the morning! :spin: I hope you won't mind if I beg off once again. I guess I have to say that the reason I've been reading and not posting is because I feel bad about not having the time to do the individual replies. I'm so used to doing them, that I feel like I'm not really here unless I address each of you. :(

I love  you guys and can't stay away from here AND do well at the same time. My food and attitude have been so crappy lately I don't even want to tell you. I've decided I would be happy if I could just get my big A$$ to fit in standard seats. The only problem with that plan is that I'm not doing anything to make that happen.

Seriously, I thought about having a salad from Wendy's for lunch today, but I was on the road and considered that with a salad, I would have to sit in my car somewhere to eat it, where as White Castle's I could eat and drive at the same time. :o That is just so sad to me! That I can't take what? 5 minutes? to sit in my car and eat something healthy. What a sad testimony to how busy my life is.

I'm not happy! Now that I've written the above paragraph, I'm REALLY disgusted! How is it that I don't have time to either make or buy myself something healthy for lunch? I think I need to totally rethink what I'm doing. Not so much the WHAT, but the HOW of my scheduling and my addiction to 'capturing' as many jobs as I possibly can. I know my honey is not impressed that I don't even go up to bed with him most nights because I'm down here doing paperwork. I'm sure he thinks I'm spending time here with you guys, but that's certainly not been the case.

I need to do some things differently. I need to work on my scheduling. I need to be able to get out, get jobs done, come home and change so I can get back to Curves, and then come home and do my paperwork before honey comes home from work. I should be able to accomplish this feat, it will just take some planning.

Well, girls, this post has sure gone to heck in a hand-basket! If you're still with me, thanks for listening!

Congrats to all who are doing well. You are very inspiring!

Mary: I almost fell off the chair when I saw more than one line from you! [[[hugs]]] Chatting is just not in my program for a bit. I won't miss West Wing on Wednesday nights and Sundays I've been a 'showgirl'. I hope you'll post more here like you used to before we even started chatting. I miss you!

2cute: CONGRATS to the new mother of the bride. You are going to have one whirlwind Spring with two big events coming up. Holler when you need some help.

Barb: Great pics!

Tina: You too!

Terri: I like the 3x5 card idea. I never know where I put those recipes by the time I buy the ingredients!

Andria: Congrats to you and hubby on the new job. Don't let the unemployment office off the hook! "We're from the government and we're here to help you."

Sandy: Lots of nasty stuff in your life right now. You're in my thoughts.

Michelle: Hope you feel better real soon.

Pam: I love your perky posts. You're doing so well.

Joanne: Good to see you!

Katrina: Basketball? You go girl!

J-ann: A new puppy sounds like fun.

Lucky: Are you shovelling snow yet???

See what I mean about feeling the need to do individual replies? I just can't help myself. Now I'll go to bed worrying that I missed someone. I hope I didn't. But if I did, please forgive me. I know there are some that haven't been here lately. I hope you are all well too. Let us hear from you sometimes.

I really do have to run now. Good night, all!

10-24-2003, 08:39 AM

Good morning!

I'm not very rambunctious this morning. Its Friday! And its jeans day! I love jeans days.

We're doing an appreciation lunch for the department staff today. We're having pizza brought in and the other managers are bringing salads and desserts.

I had a little tiff with my boss yesterday because she didn't think it was appropriate for me to request a performance award (cash) for one of my staff that has been working lots of extra hours. She said that its part of their job to work OT even if she is salary, not hourly, and she was tired of us throwing money at our accountants for doing their jobs. I was so furious, that I just got up and walked out of her office. Then was livid when she left a voicemail that she wanted to cut it in half because she's just not comfortable paying these people for working a few extra hours. I think she knew she crossed a line when she heard my response of "I don't throw money at people for working a few hours...." She called me back to say "I agree but I'm not giving in" What the crap does that mean - who cares, because she agreed to my original request. Anyway, it was wasted energy being angry so I didn't do anything last night other than weedeat and spray for weeds. I did do some comfort eating because I was starved and too tired to really cook for myself. Geez, how dependent I've become on DH to feed me. :o

Anyway, I'm giving my bod a break this morning as I've done a lot of exercise this week and don't want to do too much too soon and hurt myself. That's my story and I'm sticking to it!

2Cute - Where do you live in OK? Maybe we can start scouting out the local hotels for rates and so we can all stay as close to each other as possible? We don't want you to have to do all the work.

Thin - :grouphug: We know you love us so you never should have to feel the pressure of individual replies. Girl, though you do need to put your health a priority then schedule your work to be a reasonable work week. Take care!

Okay, I must get ready for work.

Hey gals....

I wanted to check in with you before I leave. I'm at work now, but will be headed to Atlanta right after and won't have a chance to stop in probably till tomorrow. :crossed: for Tony! He's been doing really good lately. In the last five races, he's had a 3rd, 3rd, 4th, 1st and a 3rd. He is kicking some major bootay! :cb:

I am uber planned for my trip today. I ate a light breakfast. One cup of Kashi cereal w/a half cup of skim milk and a cup of grapes. For lunch I'm having one of the new Healthy Choice Flavor Sensation dinners (Oriental Beef) :T and a container of SF FF black cherry jello. I'm taking a footlong sub from Subway, (roast beef, spicy mustard, lite lettuce and red onions) :T 15 FF pringles and a rice crispy treat. I am SO good, huh?! :strong:
And I have NO doubt I'll have trouble getting in my exercise with all the walking I'll be doing.

You gals be good and know I love you and will check in with you sometime tomorrow, ok? :grouphug:

Lite lettuce? As opposed to, what...calorie laden lettuce?

Just funnin' with you, Tina! Have fun!

I'm procrastinating again. I have a dumpster coming today. I'm supposed to be pulling crap out of the garage to toss in there. I should have a garage sale, but I have neither the time nor the patience. Good stuff I'll take to the thrift shop, books to the library (or to Mary!) the rest of the crap into the dumpster! All the stuff that my extremely particular garbage men don't feel the need to pick up...

My boys have left me for the weekend...off to a campout at Gettysburg. Daughter is coming for the weekend, but I've already been informed that she's got PLANS! Yeah, well so do I, if a certain person is feeling better!!! Take two aspirin and call me in the morning, Michelle!!!

Okay, back to work for me. I'm sure I'll be back on my next break!
