Talking First FULL day of Counting points!!!!

Ya know,it was easyer then i thought it would be i pointed everything i got a black marker an marked on all tha cans,an all tha Boxes,we are going shopping 2morrow for some other stuff ya know basic staples,popcorn,pretzles i get tha munchies at nite an i have to have something i can eat slowly Around! but so far so good my cousin kinda went over already dipped into her flex points she Gave into a bag of m&m's i dont blame her she went to walmart starving! so you mus EAT before you go buy more food lol good rule of Thumb anyways thnx for letting me Jabber on!!

Dipping into the FlexPoints is not a bad thing. That is what they are there for. W/W designed the program with a minimum point in mind so your body does not feel like it is starving itself and they also designed the program to eat those FlexPoints and still lose. Most people find they lose better when they eat most to all of their FlexPoints so don't be afraid to eat them.
