I just wanted to post to say that in the 24+ hours since I joined, I already feel so much more inspired. Reading about everyone's progress, advice, and experience has really motivated me to keep my mind on my goals. Last night, I did not let my roommate goad me into overeating and as a result today I woke up feeling much better about myself. Then I went to the gym and I didn't overdo it, and then today was the first day in months where I actually ate my lunch at lunchtime! Thank you everyone, not just those that have replied to me, but anyone who has ever posted on the boards.

You are doing it, girl! Getting the ball rolling, and really getting started, is often the hardest thing. Once you get in that good groove, you're not going to want anything to stand in your way! Way to go on the victories last night/today!
Thank you so much everyone who has responded. After a weekend away seeing this thread at the top of the board made me happy. These days, when I feel like pushing my eating to the next level, thinking of 3FC, and this board in particular, reminds me to stay on track. I feel like I owe it to all the wonderful people who post here with their support!
