Hi!
I am new here today, and I am excited to get started on the forum. I started what I hope will be my final lifestyle change a couple of days ago with bite counting. I was inspired by one of the members who started a blog about counting bites, and after success in the past, I want to adopt this lifestyle. I know now what didn't work in the past and it seems like trying it a different way (not just counting bites, but eating slooooower) is really helping. I hope to one day be posting in the goals section. Everyone here is such an inspiration!
