Default Good diet zero weight loss

Hi ladies,
Hope you can help. I'm 160 cm tall and weigh 73.5 kg. My BMI is 28.5 and I'm 25 years old. I have three kids aged 4, 3, and 19 months and I'm still breastfeeding. Before my first I weighed 60 kg.
I also noticed that whenwhen I stopped breastfeeding my second child at 9 months I went from 73 kg to 71 during christmas period ( he was them 11 months). I remember eating lots of bad foods lots of fat and whatever I could get my hands on. Those 2kgs flew off and I think that was due to no more breastfeeding. I then got pregnant that same month and I gained and now im back to where I was before... does breastfeeding hold on to fat tightly?

My usual diet is as following
Breafast: porridge OR one bagel with butter. I change this every now and then as I get tired of eating the same. I have this with a coffee and a tiny bit of milk
Lunch: small ciabbata with salmon salad and philadelphia cheese, or curry and rice, or anything else in a normal portion size.

Dinner: whatever is availablr. This always includes meat/fish, poatoes/rice/pasta/ and veggies

As snack I sometimes eat nuts sometimes I give in to some pastry.

I dont have sugar in my coffees and I dont drink.juices or sodas. Just simply water

I dont lose any weight. My schedule is EXTREMELY busy. I work 32h a week, breastfeed and we homeschool. (Hubs works from home). We don't buy bad foods we try to eat everything whole and fresh as possible. I do NOT have time OR energy OR willpower to go to the gym as by the time I get home im half dead and my next job at home with the kids starts. Yes hubs helps out, ****, he does more than I do. But believe me life with three under 5 is hard. And I know.my kids are a bit more energetic than most kids I have met.

Now.. I've tried eating less. It's hard. Very hard. I feel tired and can't concentrate well. How can I loose 15 kg in a way that I can keep up and in a way I can manage with my busy schedule? I did walk an hour to work four days a week but the weather in the UK has been rather bad (hint.. It's wet) so I've been taking the bus.

I'm extremely depressed and hate the way I look.
Any tips are more than welcome.

FYI
we don't get takeaways either and I don't have a sweet tooth but I do think I snack more than I think especially at home.

Does breastfeeding have anything to do with this? When my second child was 9monthd I weighted 73kg too. After 2 months it was christmas period and I ate like crazy and lost 2kg (I couldn't lose ANY weight before that). That month I got pregnant and ever since im stuck on 73kg...
