Default Clothes are not getting bigger?

I don't mean to complain, I'm just kind of confused. I lost 61 pounds and ever since I was at 205 pounds my clothes have been fitting exactly the same. I weigh 175 pounds now and I still wear the same size medium men's shirt and size 16 jeans. I'm just kind of confused, I don't look any skinner either. I'm still wearing a size G bra. 3 scales including my doctors scale says I have lost major weight. I just don't know where I'm losing it if I'm wearing the same clothes and I look the same. Can someone help?

You don't say how tall you are. For me. I am 5"2' and started losing when I was #202. I started to notice a difference in "size" around 165. At 155, other people noticed. Now, at 150, someone who I haven't seen in a few years didn't recognize me. As for clothing size. I started at 16-18 and XXL. At 150, I am 12-14 and Medium. My guess is that, for you , 10-15 pounds is water weight if you are low carbing. Congrats on a great start and just keep to your plan as it is working!

Are you building muscle? Taking measurements might help.
